Day 6
Today was game day for me so instead on an intense morning workout I went for a nice jog and spent a good amount of time doing stretches and other exercises to warm my muscles for my afternoon activity. By the end of the week I am hoping to have a good off season work out and to also find some good stretches and strengthening exercises to help with my back problems so when I return to sports I wont have to worry about my back getting in the way or my workouts.
At 11 Hazel, Beau and I went to a department meeting we were got to see the planning that goes behind all the athletic events at Proctor. We learned about plans for next year and this years faculty end of year themed party, and a lot more stuff but those were by far the most interesting to hear about.
After the meeting we were set off until one when we met back in the trainers to fill up waters and work independently on whatever we wanted to go more in depth on this week. Since I had a game I left around 3 to get ready to verse Tilton. After my game I did not have time to stop back in the training room so I will have to make up that half hour lost either tomorrow or the day after.
